About Usho Music

Usho Music is being created as an Industrial and Provident  Society a cooperative owned by its’ members.

 

On a day to day basis there will be a small expert team carrying out the wishes of the members and servicing the requirements of musical acts signed to the label. The members will elect their own board of representatives to which this management team will report directly.

 

Usho Music will be owned 100% by the members paying £3 per month  there is no outside business or entity that will own shares of Usho Music.

 

Crowdware Ltd is the company that is launching Usho Music. It is our first project and we are focussed on making it succeed.

Crowdware’s plan is to create an interactive content and social media platform that delivers the ability for crowds to form around a business and then enables them to fund and manage that business.  Crowdware does not own Usho Music. Crowdware has a 3 year contract to supply all web services at market rate to Usho Music.
